Commercial Permits in Maryland

Maryland commercial projects require both building permits and a Use & Occupancy (U&O) permit.

Very strict code enforcement

  • Fastest online permitting

  • Very strict on electrical, plumbing, and gas



🔹 Anne Arundel County

  • Additional grading permits for exterior work


🔹 Charles County
