Track approval timelines and communicate updates to PMs
Schedule inspections and coordinate with local agencies
Maintain compliance files, licenses, and regulatory documents
Review plan sets for permit readiness
Ensure work aligns with DOB, DCRA, and local code requirements
Requirements
Experience with DC DOB systems (HOP, ACP, ProjectDox)
Strong organization and document management
Understanding of building codes and zoning
