About the Role

The Masonry Worker performs skilled stone, brick, block, and concrete work for residential and commercial construction projects. This role is essential for delivering high-quality craftsmanship and ensuring structural integrity on White Fox Industries job sites.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lay brick, concrete blocks, stone, tiles, and other masonry materials according to project plans.

  • Mix mortar, grout, and concrete materials properly.

  • Repair, restore, and maintain existing masonry structures.

  • Construct walls, foundations, walkways, chimneys, retaining walls, and exterior facades.

  • Read and follow blueprints, specifications, and project layouts.

  • Use hand tools and power tools safely (trowels, levels, saws, grinders).

  • Perform waterproofing, pointing, caulking, and sealing as needed.

  • Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, and other trades.

  • Ensure all work meets building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of masonry experience (apprentice, journeyman, or skilled level).

  • Ability to lift 50–80 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.

  • Knowledge of brickwork, concrete finishing, stonework, blocklaying, and surface prep.

  • Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred).

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a crew.

  • Reliable transportation to job sites.

Demolition Technician / Demolition Laborer

Position Summary

The Demolition Technician performs selective interior demolition, site clearing, debris removal, and preparation for renovation or new construction. This role is essential in the early phases of projects, ensuring safe and efficient removal of structural and non-structural components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform selective demolition of walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures, and structures.

  • Safely operate demolition tools (sledgehammers, saws, jackhammers, grinders, compactors).

  • Remove debris, load materials, and maintain job site cleanliness.

  • Follow demolition plans and instructions from supervisors and project managers.

  • Identify and safely remove hazardous materials when trained (asbestos/lead procedures if certified).

  • Install temporary protection such as dust barriers, floor protection, and containment.

  • Handle demolition waste according to environmental and disposal regulations.

  • Help with site preparation for construction crews.

  • Maintain compliance with OSHA safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in demolition, construction labor, or site prep preferred.

  • Ability to lift 50–100 lbs, bend, climb, and work in demanding environments.

  • Knowledge of demolition tools and safety procedures.

  • OSHA 10/30 certification strongly preferred.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

  • Must be comfortable working in dusty, noisy, or confined areas when required.
