About the Role
The Landscaper is responsible for performing exterior maintenance, landscaping installation, and groundskeeping services for residential, commercial, and community properties. This role includes mowing, planting, mulching, hardscape installation, outdoor cleanup, and seasonal maintenance. Landscapers support White Fox Industries’ commitment to delivering clean, safe, and professional outdoor environments for clients.
The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, comfortable working outdoors, and able to complete tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
Requirements
Landscape Maintenance
Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns and turf areas.
Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and seasonal vegetation.
Perform mulching, pruning, weeding, and soil preparation.
Maintain irrigation systems (basic troubleshooting and repairs).
Apply fertilizers and soil treatments as directed (non-chemical or certified).
Landscaping Installation
Assist with installation of new landscape designs and garden beds.
Lay sod, install gravel, mulch, or decorative hardscape materials.
Support small hardscape projects: pavers, edging, walkways, garden borders.
Prepare job sites, remove debris, and ensure clean work areas.
Equipment Operation & Care
Operate landscaping equipment: mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, edgers, etc.
Safely use shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, and hand tools.
Perform basic maintenance and report equipment issues promptly.
Site Cleanliness & Safety
Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Follow all company safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and OSHA standards.
Report hazards, damages, or safety concerns immediately.
Customer Service & Professionalism
Interact respectfully with clients and property owners.
Communicate progress and any delays to supervisors.
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold White Fox quality standards.
