Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and conducting orientation sessions.
Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner to comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Employee File Management
Maintain and organize employee files in a digital Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure easy access and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Regularly update employee records to reflect changes in employment status, personal information, and performance evaluations.
Certification Tracking
Monitor and track employee certifications, including OSHA, CPR, and trade licenses, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Send reminders to employees regarding upcoming certification renewals and assist them in the renewal process.
HR Policy Updates
Assist in the review and update of HR policies to align with current laws and best practices.
Maintain training logs to document employee participation in mandatory and optional training sessions.
Communicate policy changes to employees and provide necessary training on new policies.
Benefits and Payroll Coordination
Assist employees with questions regarding benefits enrollment, eligibility, and claims processing.
Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, including bonuses and overtime.
Maintain records of employee attendance, leave requests, and other payroll-related documentation.
