Requirements
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed takeoffs (materials, labor, equipment)
Analyze drawings, RFIs, and scopes
Solicit subcontractor bids and compare pricing
Prepare proposals and bid packages
Support PMs with job costing
Requirements
2–5 years estimating experience
Plan reading expertise
Knowledge of Bluebeam, Procore, Buildertrend
