Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Oversee the processing of invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
Track outstanding receivables and follow up with clients to ensure prompt payment.
Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy in accounts payable records.
Prepare and maintain reports on AP and AR status for management review.
Conduct Bank Reconciliation
Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
Identify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and accounting records.
Maintain organized records of reconciliations for audit purposes.
Support Payroll
Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Verify employee time records and resolve any discrepancies prior to payroll processing.
Maintain payroll records, including deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings.
Generate payroll reports for management and regulatory compliance.
Maintain QuickBooks Accuracy
Ensure all financial transactions are accurately entered into QuickBooks in a timely manner.
Regularly review and update accounts to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
Generate financial reports from QuickBooks for analysis and decision-making purposes.
Provide training and support to team members on QuickBooks functionalities as needed.
