About the Role
White Fox Industries is looking for a strategic and client-focused Account Director to manage key customer relationships, oversee contract performance, and support business growth. This role ensures client satisfaction, identifies new opportunities, and works closely with the project teams to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and strategic partners
Manage client expectations, communication, and long-term relationships
Oversee contract performance and ensure deliverables are met
Support project teams with scope alignment and client updates
Identify opportunities for additional services or expansion
Develop proposals, estimates, and service packages
Lead client onboarding and maintain CRM records
Collaborate with marketing and leadership on company growth initiatives
Track KPIs, client satisfaction, and account performance metrics
Requirements
4+ years of experience in account management, business development, or client services
Construction, facilities, or B2B service industry experience preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
